INVITATION FOR BID (As Posted in The Advertiser-Tribune on Saturday, Nov. 15 & 22, 2025)

Farm Ground Rent (2026-2030)

The Seneca County Park District is soliciting bids for farm rent.

Sealed bids will be accepted until 4pm on Dec. 8, 2025. Send or drop off at Park Office, 10130 W SR 18, Fostoria, OH 44830, ATTN: FARM BID. 

Bids will be publicly opened Dec. 9, 9am at Park Office. Once opened, bids will be reviewed by Park Commissioners at Board Meeting Dec. 9, 5pm at Park Office.

Each bid must contain the full name of every person or company interested in the same. No bid bond or performance bond is required. Rent will be paid on an annual basis each fall.        

Bids must be good for sixty (60) calendar days from the date of the bid opening and shall not be withdrawn after bid is publicly opened and read.
