For youth ages 12 to 17 years and older. Join Linda Rose for a chance to learn about one of our smallest birds and why they are so special. Registration required.
6:30 pm - 7:30 pm Garlo Heritage Nature Preserve
Join Linda Rose as we paint a vase while learning about native flowers to our area. Then cut a sprig or two for the vase. All supplies provided. Registration required.
1:00 pm - 3:00 pm Opportunity Park
The Grand Opening of the new playground at Opportunity Park is being celebrated with a Community Playdate in the Park! All are welcome to attend and play on the first inclusive all-ability playground in Seneca County. The ribbon-cutting ceremony will begin around 1:00pm.
5:00 pm - 6:00 pm Hecks Bridge Scenic River Access
Join Angie Ford for a leisurely float along the Sandusky and take in some of the sights, sounds and beauty of summer. We will start at Heck's Bridge near Collier State Nature Preserve and float down river to CR 6. Canoes, kayaks, life jackets & paddles provided. Registration required and space is limited.

Enjoy an evening with Angie Ford as she discusses a few of the native birds of prey that are observed in Seneca County. Learn how to tell the hawk species apart and key clues that will tell you which owl species you are hearing. ive birds of prey will be on hand to observe. Registration required.
