Join Linda Rose as we walk under the light of the “Cold Moon.”  This walk will last about 1 to 1 ¼ hours and qualifies for the Walking Stick Program.  Registration is required.

For ages 18 to 36 months. Join Linda Rose as we walk the trails looking for the sights and sounds of deer. Will it be footprints, scat or rubs along the way? Registration is required.

Walk the paved pathway as it is illuminated with luminaries. Enjoy hot chocolate, cookies and friends at the picnic shelter. Registration is required.

For ages 3 to 5 years. Join Linda Rose as we search for owls along the trails, learn about the lives and what they eat, plus so much more. Registration is required.

Spend the morning looking and listening to the sights and sounds of nature in the preserve as you walk the trails with Linda Rose.  Binoculars helpful.  This walk qualifies for the Walking Stick Program and lasts about 1 ¼ hour. Registration is required.

Spend the morning learning about Christmas in the 1850’s.  Make a craft, learn some history and enjoy some hot chocolate and cookies. Registration is required.

For ages 5 to 12 years. Join Linda Rose as we create a Christmas present for the birds. All supplies provided. Registration is required.

Join Linda Rose for a make-it take-it Christmas Tree craft. All supplies provided—just bring your creativity with you. Registration is required.

For youth ages 12 to 17 years and older. Join Linda Rose as we wander the trails looking and counting the numbers and species of birds within the preserve. Binoculars helpful. Registration is required.

Join Linda Rose as we walk the trails saying “good-bye” to the year 2025. This walk will last about 1 ¼ hours and qualifies for the Walking Stick Program.  Registration is required.
