Join Linda Rose as we walk under the light of the “Worm Moon.”  This walk will last about 1 to 1 ¼ hours and qualifies for the Walking Stick Program.  Registration is required.

For ages birth to 18 months. Spend an hour with Linda Rose exploring the trails and learning about bunnies. Come in a front pack, backpack, stroller or just walk. Registration is required.

For ages 18 to 36 months. Join Linda Rose as we walk the trails looking and listening for signs of spring. Registration is required.

Join Linda Rose as we create flower magnets.  Please bring felt scraps and scissors. All other supplies provided—just bring your creativity with you. Registration is required.

Spend the morning looking and listening to the sights and sounds of nature in the preserve as you walk the trails with Linda Rose.  Binoculars helpful.  This walk qualifies for the Walking Stick Program and lasts about 1 ¼ hour. Registration is required.

Spend the morning walking the trails searching for “un-natural“ flora and fauna.  See how many you can identify correctly. Registration is required.

For ages 3 to 5 years.  Join Linda Rose as we look for sticks along the trail.  Can you find the perfect one and what is it—a fishing pole, a bat, a pencil, and what can it be used for.  Let your imagination explore the world of sticks. Registration is required.

For ages 5 to 12 years.  Join Linda Rose as we search for wild animals in the preserve—will it be lions, tigers and bears or skunks, opossums and squirrels? Registration is required.

Join Linda Rose as we walk the trails looking for signs of spring.  Will it be a frog calling, a flower emerging, or a bird singing a bubbly song?  This walk will last about 1 ¼ hours and qualifies for the Walking Stick Program.  Registration is required.

For youth ages 12 to 17 years and older. Join Linda Rose as we walk the trails looking for the perfect sticks to make our rustic stars. All other supplies provided. Registration is required.

To celebrate Seneca County Park Districts 30th Anniversary, join Linda Rose as we hike back to the hunter’s cabin for s’more and more around the warmth of a campfire. Registration is required.
